Summary

Lazar "Lucky" Perkov (Borce Nacev) came by his nickname honestly. After all, he seems to have everything a man could want, including a beautiful wife, a son and a prestigious job as a doctor. But his luck changes forever in the wake of a near-fatal car crash. Suddenly, Lucky is crossing paths with a wealth of strange and mysterious people who all seem to have the same baffling message: "Return what's not yours. Have respect."
