Summary

California surfer Robbie (Randy Wayne) has a summer he never expected in this wild comedy when he and his mother (Lindsay Wagner) relocate to Colorado and he lands a job at the local water park. Robbie soon settles in, wooing lifeguard cutie Katie and the park owner's sexy daughter, Tiffany. But trouble surfaces when Robbie competes for the Surfer King crown and learns that the spoiled Tiffany is plotting against him. Alan Thicke co-stars.
