Summary

Detective Lloyd Hopkins (James Woods) is in pursuit of a killer who's terrorizing women in Los Angeles. Determined to run the investigation his way, the hard-edged, amoral detective quickly immerses himself in a world of prostitutes, drug addicts and thieves. At home in society's underbelly, Hopkins moves with ease, unrestrained by rules as he homes in on the vicious murderer. Lesley Ann Warren and Charles Durning co-star.
