Summary

With his past and present paramours aboard and a hold full of gold, Capt. Adam Gaskell (Clark Gable) -- the skipper of a steamer bound for Hong Kong -- has his hands full in this high-seas adventure. As if the women and the bullion weren't enough, Gaskell must also contend with a band of buccaneers, a typhoon and the duplicitous Jamesy MacArdle (Wallace Beery). Jean Harlow and Rosalind Russell are in fine form as the ladies in Gaskell's life.
