Summary

Written by Edgar Wallace, the creator of the original 1933 King Kong, this groovy mystery begins with a mad scientist being overtaken by a cloaked, whip-wielding monk who steals the scientist's deadly gas. When someone starts murdering coeds with the toxic vapor, it's up to two Scotland Yard inspectors to figure out who the killer is.
