Summary

With orders to destroy a Chechen nuclear power plant before terrorists use it as their own WMD, U.S. Special Forces operative Painter (Wesley Snipes) must infiltrate the heavily secured site to set direct coordinates for a missile. But it's a setup by the terrorists, and Painter -- aka The Marksman -- must find a way to deactivate the nuclear reactor before Russia suffers nuclear annihilation in this action-packed thriller.
