Summary

Jimmy Mercer (Wesley Snipes) is a government agent whose partner is killed as the result of a botched undercover operation in this action adventure. An ex-con named Ronnie (Viggo Mortensen) is responsible for both the failed job and the partner's death. Now, Mercer has one week to track down Ronnie and his partner, a conman named Red (Dennis Hopper), before he's transferred from his Los Angeles home to New Jersey.
