Summary

Anson Williams -- best known for his long-running portrayal of Potsie Weber on "Happy Days" -- directs this direct-to-video thriller about a serial killer who sets his sights on an otherwise peaceful college campus. When his dream girl (Josie Bissett of "Melrose Place" fame) turns up dead, Artie Logan (Charlie Schlatter) barely has time to grieve before a homicide detective (Christopher Walken) decides he's the prime suspect.
