Summary

Talk about bad timing. Just when Detective Kevin Harrison (Michael Madsen) decides to leave the police force for good, a string of mysterious serial killings shakes the city. Unable to stand by as his decidedly green partner (Corey Large) jumps into the fray, Harrison hangs on to see the case solved, only to realize that the murderer is trying to send him a message. Shannyn Sossamon, Meat Loaf and Gary Busey co-star.
