Summary

Whitey (Cody Newton) and Jerry (Gil Johnson), two boys who become close friends while delivering newspapers in the 1950s South, set out on a difficult adventure to find a special angel doll to give Whitey's sick younger sister (Lindsey Good) as a Christmas present. As they meet colorful characters along the way, the two young heroes find themselves confronting grown- up problems, such as theft and prejudice.
