Summary

The iconic and enigmatic gumshoe Charlie Chan (played by the legendary Peter Ustinov) takes on a most perplexing case and heads to the City by the Bay, San Francisco, to solve it. Victims are turning up dead everywhere, but are the killings the work of an old nemesis such as the Dragon Lady (Angie Dickinson) or a new, deadlier one? Aided by his grandson (Richard Hatch), the formerly retired Chan proves he's still at the top of his game.
