Summary

Middle-aged mobster Frank (Frank Adonis) learns about some top-notch Kentucky marijuana from punk-rock singer Jade (Theo Kogan). Housed in a suitcase, the high-quality reefer makes its way to Manhattan and is handled by countless people from all walks of life who buy, sell or steal the valuable luggage. The colorful group later descends on a pot legalization rally, bringing the film's quirky events full circle.
