Summary

Mysterious grizzly deaths rock a small town, fueling fears of an unknown wild animal. When the local Sheriff and an animal control officer investigate the deaths, they discover the impossible has occurred--prehistoric raptors live again! Now they must find a way to stop them, but a deranged scientist stands in their way!
